Abstract Information
- In order to send an abstract, the Presenter of the abstract must register to MyConference
- Once you have registered, you can access to MyConference with your credentials, click on Abstract Form and send your abstract
- The topic of the abstract must be chosen among the following: Main Topic
- The abstract must be in Italian or English and must not exceed 3000 characters, including spaces. It’s possible to upload a file (max 3 MB) only containing graphs and images.
- The text should be structured following these 4 sections: Introduction/Objective, Methods and Materials, Results, Conclusions.
- The best accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to be presented either as Oral Communication or in the dedicated Session of the scientific program. The Scientific Secretariat will send official communication of acceptance via email to the Presenter of the abstract.
- Work that has already been published will not be accepted. You can submit an abstract with previously presented results, only if new information is added and it has never been published before.
- You can save and edit your abstract before the final submission. Once the abstract has been sent, no changes can be made.
- After the submission, a confirmation message will be sent by e-mail. In case you do not receive the message in a few minutes, please contact the Organizing Secretariat via email at this address: jessica.loddo@effetti.it
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book and in the Web Repository of the event.
Important notes for Abstract Presenters:
- The author who submits the abstract will be considered as the Presenting Author.
- He/She is responsible for the accuracy of the abstract in all its parts ensuring that the first author and all co-authors have agreed with the content of the abstract.
- He/She will receive the official communications from the Organizing Secretariat via email.
- If the abstract is accepted as Oral Communication, He/She will present the work at the Congress
- If the abstract is accepted as Poster, He/She will display the Poster in the dedicated area in the congress venue
- He/She must be enrolled in the Congress in order to present their work
